Marta Rynkiewicz
Project Coordinator
For many years I have worked in the nonprofit sector, organizing social, educational, and cultural activities that matter and that bring people together around the ideas of care, agency, and positive change. The idea of food cooperatives is close to me not only professionally but also personally — for years I have sourced my food directly from farmers and producers, and I also grow my own. Conscious consumption and striving to shorten supply chains are part of my everyday practice.
At the Food Cooperatives Network, I coordinate project activities — I organize trainings, meetings, and gatherings, and I support both the cooperatives already in the network and those that are just being formed. If you need help — write or call Marta 🙂
I love nettles! They’re underestimated but incredibly healthy. They grow everywhere, don’t need to be cultivated, and you can eat and drink them, as well as use them to fertilize the garden. They appear very early in spring. The small tortoiseshell butterfly loves them too. There is always a place for nettles in my garden!

Denis Gerard
Administration and Finance Coordinator
I have been active in the Dobrze Cooperative for 6 years, and for the past 1.5 years I have been working on the food cooperatives network project.
In my daily work for the Food Cooperatives Network, I handle all matters related to membership, the association’s administration, HR issues, and the organization’s finances.
If I had to eat only one thing for an entire year, I would choose cherries.

Maria Rózga
Communications Coordinator
I am a co-founder, consumer, and activist of the Beskidzka Paczka cooperative. For years, I have been involved in the nonprofit sector in various ways. In my daily work, I work as a mindfulness trainer. I live in Bielsko-Biała.
At the Food Cooperatives Network, I am responsible for communications. My role is to ensure that the Network’s support reaches those who need it and that the values close to cooperatives are kept front and center.
I think my favorite moment is when the first shy… strawberries appear in the cooperative’s offerings!
